Nakul Anand is the Divisional Chief Executive - Hotel Division, ITC Limited. An Economics Honors graduate from Delhi University and an AMP degree holder from the Bond University, Australia, he joined ITC Hotels Management Training Program in the summer of 1978. In a career spanning about three decades he has won great appreciation for his excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to lead effectively. Armed with a unique combination of strong problem resolution skills and team building abilities, he has infused a spirit of action in the division. A staunch supporter of the EHS mantra (environment, health and safety), Nakul Anand has steered several ITC Welcomgroup activities towards CSR. He is acknowledged as the" Green Hotelier” By International Hotels Environment Initiative. With his sharp analytical skills and belief in value based strategies Nakul Anand has designed a quality control model for performance enhancement giving ITC Welcomgroup a result oriented work culture. Extremely popular with guests as well as staff he is most remembered for motivating employees to create a wow at every moment of truth. An avid reader, he enjoys traveling and owns an envious music collection.
