* Only for the Exclusive Package :
* 2.5 Lakhs INR will be charged to the Credit Card
* 1.5 Lakhs INR is non-refundable upto 100 attendees
* from 101-200 attendees, INR 1000 will be charged per attendee
* Any attendee above 200 is Free of cost
* The final amount will be charged after the Webinar and taken from the 2.5 Lakhs INR credit card amount and an Invoice will be issued for that amount.
* Any excess amount will be credited back.
1. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. With this email you can approach your account manager at Messe Frankfurt India to schedule the webinar.
2. For an exclusive webinar the scheduling will be done in accordance with your preferences and available time slots.
3. For a "select" or "multi" webinar, MFI will take the requirements of the participating companies and available time slots into consideration. The webinar will take place within the next 30 days from time of payment. If no other companies are included in this webinar booking, MFI may add other speakers to the webinar that can contribute to the topic.
4. The attendee database is not included in the above packages.
5. MFI webinars are conducted to share knowledge and information, to enable companies to network and to present their products.
6. Webinars where speaking slots are purchased, are meant for product presentations and demonstrations.

7. Messe Frankfurt India does not take any responsibility of what you or a representative of your company says / presents in the Webinar.
We strictly pledge you to refrain from any of below content-
- Mention of competitors or their products
- Violent or Harmful words / acts
- Hate Speech
- Political Remarks
- Religion / Caste / Racial Sentiments
- Promotes Nudity
In case MFI deem statements
made by the Webinar sponsor to be violating the above terms,MFI may
remove the speaker from the live session and no refunds will be offered.
8. Cancellation policy :* In the event that Messe Frankfurt India
cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit note for 100%
of the webinar fees paid.
* In the event that Messe Frankfurt India postpones an event for any reason and the exhibitor is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit note for 100% of the webinar fees paid.
* In case the exhibitor cancels participation in the webinar due to any reason, there would be no refund of the webinar fees
