THE CHALLENGE
DigSam Software Technologies is a leading provider of high quality development services that satisfy the critical needs of the customers across the globe. It provides internet consulting, web development, web design, branding, content management system, intranet applications and many other scalable business solutions for B2B, B2C and B2E. It also organizes events as and when their clients require.

EventAvenue approached DigSam to offer them a comprehensive online event management solution through which they could collect registrations online and accept payments instantly.

DigSam decided to sign up for EventAvenue because of the functionality it offered in terms of event management but were skeptical about whether an online registration facility would make a difference in their delegate volumes.

This year, the Association decided to add an online registration facility in addition to its regular registration methods - walk-in registrations and phone registrations because of the growing popularity of internet as a medium of communication. Singapore Sindhi Association hoped that by adding an online registration facility they could make the registration process easier for their attendees and increase their attendee volumes.

THE SOLUTION
DigSam was in the process of organizing ‘IBM Rational Software Development Conference 2007’ and used EventAvenue to add an online registration link to the event page. To their surprise, within days people began registering online for the event.
