Customize eventavenue’s auto-confirmation mails

EventAvenue is a highly automated event management solution that helps you manage a number of tasks such as registration, sales, ticketing, invoicing, reporting etc. One interesting and time saving registration feature is the ‘System Generated Auto-Confirmation Mail'. This feature will reduce your workload and help you enhance your delegate's registration experience.

Every time a delegate registers for your event, EventAvenue automatically sends him an Auto-Confirmation mail within 30 seconds. This mail is highly beneficial as

  You do not have to manually create a registration confirmation mail to send to your delegate
  The delegate receives confirmation instantly
  A soft a record of the registration is saved on the system which you can access from anywhere, at anytime, through any PC with an internet connection

Standard Auto Confirmation MailThere are two format options Auto-Confirmation mail - Standard and Customizable. The standard format requires no efforts on your part. It will provide the delegate with a confirmation message and details of his registration such as registration details, group lists, agenda items and other fees, billing contact details and payment information.

The Customizable Mail options allows you to modify EventAvenue's standard mail format to suit your event requirements. You can customize your Auto-Confirmation Mail using 3 customization techniques:

Customize to Brand

Event Branded Auto Confirmation MailThe first type of customization is event branding. In this type of customization, you do not adjust the mail format i.e. add or remove fields. You simply add your event branding to the mail by adding a header and/or footer. To view an illustration of this type of customization, click on the corresponding snapshot.



Simple Customization
Simple Auto Confirmation MailThe second type is Simple Customization. Here you can adjust the mail format by removing one or more fields until a basic mail remains. This mail could have just the ‘Confirmation Message and Signature lines' or ‘Confirmation Message, Registration details and Signature lines'. The amount of information that is displayed depends on you.

You an also brand this mail by adding a header and/or footer. To view an illustration of this type of customization, click on the corresponding snapshot .

Complex Customization
Complex Auto Confirmation MailThe third type is Complex customization. In this type of customization, you can add more fields to the already detailed mail. For example: You can choose to display all registration details, travel information, food preference details etc. In the illustration provided, the event organizer included the delegate's travel information in the mail. To view the illustration, click on the corresponding snapshot. Finally, you can complete this mail by adding a header and/or footer with your event branding.

Tip: If you choose to customize the Auto-Confirmation Mail format, it is advisable to complete your customizations before your event is live.
